🛍️ Return and Refund Policy – Relux

At Relux, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We understand that online shopping may lead to uncertainty, and that's why we have a clear and fair return and refund policy, in accordance with the European Consumer Rights Directive.

1. Return Period

You have the right to return your order within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt, as per Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights.

2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original condition;

  • It must include the original packaging, accessories, tags, and manuals;

  • Proof of purchase (order number) is required;

  • We do not accept returns for customized or personalized items.

3. How to Return

  1. Email us at info@storerelux.com stating your order number, reason for return, and (if possible) product photos.

  2. Once approved, we will send you the return address and instructions.

  3. The product must be shipped within 7 business days of approval.

  4. Upon receiving and inspecting the product, the refund will be processed within 7 business days via the original payment method.

4. Refund Conditions

  • If the item is defective or we made a shipping error, we will cover all return shipping costs and issue a full refund.

  • For change of mind or dissatisfaction, the return shipping is the customer's responsibility.

5. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for the same model (in case of defects) or for another product of equal value, subject to stock availability.
